Currently got a good base mesh and basic armour in place. Will be working on more skin tone designs and customisation textures based on some RGB masking shaders for in-game use.
Thanks guys! MrCandie - Yeah, this was mostly done in ZBrush with the exception of a handful of basemeshes for armour & weaponry where I used 3DS Max. :)
using a combination of This concept and the original miniature. i've made this: will start texturing tomorrow, and will make his sword and staff too. polycount with armour/cloak/helmet = 3400 budget is 4500 (to include weapons and inside of mouth).
