Does anyone know any image viewer that lets you view images on top of program. For an example when I am working in Maya with some environment images I want the image to actually stay there over Mayas display without disappearing when I click on somewhere. I hope you understand what I mean. -

Do you want to crop the images and get rid of a few pixels? Or squash it down and resize them using something like Main Menu > Image > Image Size?
