Looks good. One thing I'd suggest though (to consider next time) is that the cloth looks a bit stiff. I feel that it doesn't look like gravity is having much of an effect. You should only be using a game engine if you want to make your stuff interactive. Other wise just use Vray/Mental Ray and per-render out some animated cameras. Marmoset can't really handle the kind of polys you would be pushing for professional arch viz models. Also its hard to get interiors to look good.

Look as far as I'm concerned game are too rushed these days. Ai, interaction, etc haven't kept up with the graphics department and have actually been dumbed down a lot. I could do more in some old PC games than I could with todays crop of quicky, simultaneously developed multi-platform hackjobs. Just my uninformed opinion.
