Believe you, eh? Thanks, I have clicked the Zremesher button quite a few times over the years. yes, there are lazy jobs. So many new artists I see on these forums always complaining about doing manual work. It's part of the discipline. But those artists usually only get so far in their 3d journey. This is not an industry…
first of all thanks for this wonderful tutorial! I tried following it and managed to import my object into ce3sdk but I'm having a problem exporting the materials from 3ds max 2012 to ce3sdk. Whenever I press the "create material" button it opens up the sdk but when I tried saving the .mtl it only shows one material not a…
Not quite, like in Flash if u have a ball that tweens forward,u can reverse the frames on the timeline so they tween backwards when u hit the play forward button. Does maya have a reverse keyframes like that?I know u can switch the keys in the graph editor if u have two keys but this will be difficult if u have like 40 keys.
thanks MikeF good to know if I ever do something that is complex however passes would def offer the most control, also this product is mostly black rubber and black plastic its nothing crazy so for this I will try to get away with a quick render without passes. I will have to uv and texture the product still because it has…
I had to replace an Intuos 2 pen once after five years of very heavy use. I think I replaced 1 nib and flipped the plastic sheet once. l still have that tablet, added an Intuos 4 this spring. Never once had an issue with it. Like that it no longer has a loose plastic sheet and, yes, I do use the buttons.
Morning, Pressing the W. E, R button don't reset the pivot position to shell center. --> it does but if after i try to rotate the shell via the Nightshade UI the rotation is still based on "Global" pivot ... I think you must force the use of shell pivot within the script. Do you have any other solution ? I use Maya 2014.
Oh ok. Didn't use that frame function, just creased a loop around the arms and zremesher followed it nicely. I have no idea what changed for the rest of the mesh but now whenever I hit the button it makes nice loops. Happened first time when I had it fully framed so I started thinking the zoom level actually mattered :)…
Some good stuff in here. Regarding PSU I would suggest getting one with an 80+ rating. The ones that get it have been tested and give out 80% efficiency at 20, 50 and 100% load. IMO it should be the one part you dont chimp out on. EDIT: You know its too early in the morning when you cant find the % button haha.
I'm torn between the two for artstation and drawcrowd. I really like the way artstation is set up for your community page. I just wish it could have the infinite scroll mechanic. I get tired of hitting the "load more art" button. Tell you what, artstaion. You just keep loading up art. I'll tell you when to stop.
@Gazu Im using metal and glossiness map, since i dont know how to put roughtness, does this affect to the result? and i will try the height map and play with some options and upload an image here. @keket :S yep im confused with all invert buttons and all the stuff, im newbie but i will try and post later.
