Not the best choice of angle to show your animations, whilst it is the potential camera view for gameplay for an AC game, its not overly suitable for a demo of your skills, show multiple angles which allow use to see the interaction and the animation better. Also AC has a free rotate camera using the right stick -

Odd. They overhauled the UV viewport interaction for 801 and made it a lot faster in general than 701 was. Have you got a particularly heavy scene with lots of items? It does struggle with those, even if they're hidden. Or do you have a preview/rayGL window open somewhere that's retriggering after each change? -

what about using unity or the latest flash or p3d etc to show it in 3D, is that getting more acceptable? I still use both images and a unity link because I know people dont necessarily have unity. If its interactive 3d maybe people can look at what they are personally interested in. -

well uhh, I went to a school called the Academy of Interactive Entertainment, and got a Diploma... then my countrt's game industry collapsed in on itself. Now I'm doing a Degree in Communication Design... playing with shadow puppets. Just do what everyone else in this thread tells you and apply yourself and you'll be fine. -

I think they are a bit to hard on the polys and the shaders, you should atleast be able to play the game on an avarage new computer, on medium. I really want to test how much you can destroy of the jungle and how you interracted with it. what i saw on the FMX expo in germany looked really cool, -

Just like @slosh and @Optinium said, you jumped to high sub-d level to quick. For instance, I can see the pecs, cheeks, lips,eyes and a few other areas that have incorrect anatomy. Have anatomy references with you and study them carefully, and see how muscles interact with the body. -

wow youve done all that and only finished first year? Ive not met anyone in 3rd year whos done that much art and they didnt even have other courses to do. Ive just finished university, unfortunately my degree is in interactive media, wish Id done traditional art instead. -

This is pretty sweet, they got the laser to read really well and the projection works awesome. So many possibilities! But yeah, gaming on the side of a building would be pretty rad. Just go down to a drive-in theater or something and use that huge ass screen. Atleast you won't have windows to interfere with the image.… -

I think the best that we could hope for would really be a super-long episode. To me, the Ali G movie wasn't nearly as funny as the show because it was an entirely fictional story. The best part of the show has always been watching the hillarious characters interact with normal people. Borat is indeed the man. -

Blizzard is calling it Phasing. It will load a new instance or new mesh's for that player. Later on in the game some huge world events happen changing the whole landscape in areas. Basicly players can interact with each other like normal but others depending on what quests they have completed will just see different stuff.
