I bought a pack with his first dvd included. It was totally worth it! Made Zbrush less of a mess after watching it :) I'm getting this one for sure after I get my salary.
You could do the Blizzard workflow and use real geometry as your base. Bake out a bunch of different mat caps, including a normal, and then use that base to create the hand painted style.
Keep on truckin! Your computer pad looks cool. Has a weird wireframe though. Looks like a decent amount of non-useful edges. I'd also include the tri count in in the image.
Started focusing on Highmill. Now I can get some variety in these images. Lots more to do, including those pillars of stacked buildings and floaty chunks of ground with more buildings and things.
Nope. I am using the concept just for the building. I want to make a small playable map. It includes an interior of a mine and the building. I will be doing it in sections, each one a complete map.
With some of these you can use floating geometry then bake it on low poly. Can you still include your work? It would be easier to say at what level you are and provide appropriate feedback.
The reason I can practice is because I don't have a job. sure I have motivational issues, but I have it with everything including going down the stairs to make a sandwich for myself.
I agree. Do both :poly124: The first one is pretty generic, but still nice overall especially if you include some of the wear in the reference. But the black one just looks so nice.
Whoooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaa! running out of time but here is my texture progress. Still some things to do including weapons and his arm tassles. heres a shot of what he looks like in the rift
@jasonshum sounds good! I want to try a slightly unconventional edit of the reel with this anim included and would be great to get some eyes on it before making it live. Will PM you the link this weekend.
