The "halo" you see in Unity seems to come more from the bump difference between the metal and the paint than from a shader highlight due to the metalness.

Pretty much what lefix and Magic Sugar posted. There's also the Unreal Engine and Unity forums to collaborate with other developers, or IndieDB.com, and http://www.moddb.com/ for Mods.
There are many sites that review apps; look around for them and spam them, asking for reviews. That's your best bet for publicity. This is a Unity game I take it?
