If your triangulation is mirrored, the UVs can be mirrored. Same with re-use, if the topology is the same (including the connecting parts!) then you should be OK. More info here http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/Normal_Map_Modeling#Mirroring
Hey Mantikore, The issue may be several things - may we see some images of the problem, including images of the Photoshop UI, the version of Photoshop you're running, etc? :smile: It will help diagnose this issue.
I did a firefox open all in tabs and then copy pasted from the URL bar. Firefox will let you save bookmarks into a simple html file but it includes all kinds of other tags and stuff in there.

This is gorgeous. You absolutely must share some of your modelling and texturing tips/techniques someday. That wear on the wooden stock in particular looks fantastic.. it's included in the normal map yeah? Stunning work man.

I often peek at the zbrush classroom: http://www.pixologic.com/zclassroom/homeroom/ Which includes the videos Brad posted. The Pixologic site is full of these usefull goodies. They seem very eager to teach people Zbrush.
I'm not sure what your asking. You want to know how to create the textures in blender, and animate...? Or you have the models (rigs included) and textures, and don't know how apply them to the models?
