The shoes (I hope that's what they're called lol) look fantastic, as does the rest of the model. Really love the way the light interacts with her clothing, you nailed the sheen I see in a lot of FFXIV screens but also made it look 1000x better. Great work! :)
I find you're lack of edge padding disturbing... Looks fantastic, really nice job and that unity interactive animation preview thing is a great way of presenting him. The shield in particular is stunning, would be curious to know how much of that was Sub-D and how much was sculpted.
Hi CougarJo, Yeah, I tried to convey somehow the idea that the environment is functional and "alive". Obviously, we could try to think that for some reason the player need interact with such panels in order to complete a challenge. Full Throttle comes to mind...ooold school, but I loved the quizzes.
Its ok :) I just want to create a near-photorealistic interactive demo in Unity, and am gathering all the info I can. From effects, to illumination models, shaders and texturing. Any help on how to push the graphics look more realistic in a game engine is welcomed :)
Don't bake reflections into a color map. Reflections are view-dependent, they need to change as the camera moves, or as the object rotates. You need a good tiling reflection map, or a cube map. If you want the instructor to tumble your model interactively in the viewport, you'll need a viewport shader.

Really? while i do appreciate Downie Jr step up on his acting, i also enjoy the suit, how it works, how it moves when he flies. Pepperpot to me is awesome, and i look fwd to more interaction between them in the new one.
