The bed looks nice! I like the folded blanket on top. If I may, the ingraved dragon's head looks too neat though. It doesn't feel like it has any interaction with the grain of the wood. No splinters, the paint is perfectly even... Nice work on the stone floor!
Along with what's already been said, your diffuse is pretty bright for something metal. When texturing metal you generally want a darker diffuse with high spec letting the interaction of the two created the final colors rather than the diffuse doing all the work.
I think he's going to suffer from fat man penis, so it's gonna be tucked away, only visible when he's trying to mate. I might add that into the muscle rig, come to think of it. That would make it dynamic, close to nature AND interactive! :poly124:
Other than the obvious (every stage in Vampire Savior), there's this [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mM25DFV7q2c"]PURE STUPIDITY in the Disco of Timesplitters: Future Perfect (PS2) Online with XLink - YouTube[/ame] Ok this video's a bit stupid, but it shows off some of the map's interactivity.
You're missing my point. For textures you're not painting an image, you're creating something that is a material property that is supposed to interact with GI and lighting. If you create something that you perceive to be 50% grey and photoshop says is 50% grey, it's going to light like it's 20% grey.
Well, I'm sure you have seen the silly things companies do to one another when they feel threatened. :) But your example isnt quite right. This isn't a conversion of a media. This is media with new "safe guards" that now would interfere with the business practices of others.
Finished it earlier today. Pretty damn cool. The cutscenes and the menu style are really nice, as is the general look of the game. I also downloaded Linger in Shadows for the hell of it (£2, why not?). Also worth checking out although it's not really a game... just an interactive, err, thing.
Or better yet, don't use matcaps. Basic material will give you closest representation plus it reacts to the interactive lights. Or even better, if you have the Keyshot bridge jump in and out from time to time to view the mesh in a true 3d environment with physical lighting. :)
Seriuosly though, in the short term, I think this will be relevant for wiring data into the brain for the blind or for those with replacement limbs. Additionally if they can map neural connections with this high a degree of accuracy (and that will be rapidly improving), it will facilitate & revolutionize human machine…
Education is more than getting the skills, its requiring a broader sense of the world and your self. It gives you access to outlets and knowledge you normally wouldn't. Books can only go so far without the interactive communication of having others with actual experience.
