Yeah, she looks like Pink or someone else similarly manly...doing the eyes won't do it, you'll need to make the face much rounder too. -

It looks like you need to invert the green channel. But I would agree, you shouldn't bake in Mudbox, try Xnormal or pretty much anything else. -

I'll just echo what everyone else is saying. This is gorgeous! Is the AO turned off? There seems to be a lack of contact shadows (especially noticeable with the necklace and neck strap) -
