No worries. I love animation and used to animate sometime ago. Too busy to make out time to do something cool. Hopefully, some day I will find time to continue practicing. Nice animation btw. :)
Today did some life drawing at an art center in my home town- which I wasn't aware existed! :) I'm pretty rusty but I think with a bit more practice I'll get better again.
Jackwhat- Thanks for those links man, I gotta get practicing, love to see who you are inspired by. Pior- That does make sense to me on Jack's third thumbnail, I'll have to keep that in mind in the future.
Robeomega, thanks I'll make them smoother. Been practicing baking normal maps. Soo much harder than organic objects. Almost drove me nuts wile I was trying to achieve satisfactory result.
i think its good practice to get familiar with anatomy by defining topology! hav an anatomy book opened up next to you, so you know why the topology flows that way =D , keep it up!
I was adding a lot of details and realized I don't really need that much anyway since I'll handpaint the folds and whatnot anyway , would make good practice. I'm still iffy about the face though.
Boom, that's the contest, make a hero! I'm awesome, XD they will pick the top 3. In all seriousness this is a great idea either way, maybe they are just teasing us to see the reaction. Time to work on a weapon for practice then, game on.
I managed to spend another couple of hours on this today trying to make more sense of the folds. I am going to spend more time on this tomorrow so I will hopefully get the high poly practically finished.
I don't play it, but find it quite amazing how big it's become practically overnight: http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-07-19/nintendo-market-value-passes-sony-on-pokemon-go-frenzy-chart
Check out this video to get some ideas about practical space suits. It's totally feasible to have a form-fitting suit by adding some reinforcement around contours to enhance functionality, while accentuating her anatomy.
