The materials need to be worked on some more. Everything is reading as the exact same material with the same roughness (including the water). What do some of your flat textures look like? -

subscribe to gamedeveloper magazine - they do yearly survey of all agmedev related jobs, art included. Also maybe they have that for free... dunno, u can check on google for their surveys. -
