I suggest picking one of this and render it to death just to show future employers that you can provide highly polished work .Right now they are all pretty much the same quality and feel rough and painterly , colored sketches which is fine if I want to hire you for a sketch or concept but for illustration I want to see… -

Finally, the high poly of the soldier is done. I tried to add many details using my own hard surface alphas. I really tried to give a different look between the armor and the suit beneath it.
