fixed a LOT of the topology! Gonna redo the hands. (cause they sucked balls) annnnddd did a couple versions of the head/face for practice, but once again this is my first time. So, that part is the most challenging for me!
good layout, you just need to keep working on your art. You have some good ideas, but need to work on anatomy & practice getting your ideas across better. Site's fine though.
I think you should spend some more time in traditional modeling apps first (max, maya, Silo, blender, etc) for many of those armor shapes. That said, nice start. Keep practicing!

sure, it doesn't effect me, who gives a rats ass about the freelancers plus artist get paid well worth their skills, we practically get money poured on us from golden goblets.
I'm just creating a game-ready model for practice and for my portfolio, I have no intention of using it in an engine. That being said, I didn't know that was something I had to consider. It would be used as a first-person weapon. I'm planning on rendering it in Marmoset Toolbag 3, just as I baked it.
First post on the site ! Doing the projector for some hard surface practice. Here's my low poly , some of the cuts I'm gonna bake in. Any feedback welcome 👍️ @Gannon - looks good from this angle 👌 @SimãoSilva - Good job mate, nailed it ! Nice to see someone doing the same ref. Only critique I got is the lamp at the top,…
This was/is a bit of a learning experience for me, especially with Substance and trying to match certain materials together. It started out with a piece of concept art for the shield so I thought I'd practice making a little scene for that specific piece. I'd love some feedback on this, especially in terms of texturing :) .
I'm looking for a character to be modeled for things like vrchat, facerig and things like that. I'll probably do the rigging as I need practice on that, but I have no idea how to model anything. Email me your prices and examples of your work! Noxel.rp@gmail.com
Hi guys, I'm practicing weight shifting, my character is leaning on one leg then shifting to the other. Ignore the upper part of his body, I didn't animate that because this is an exercise. Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. https://syncsketch.com/sketch/8342cc606fb9/
