Apart from the little black artefact at the bottom that looks correct to me. If you want softer results you need softer changes in surface direction. A 90 degree corner is always going to give you very bright or dark value
Hi! Surface looks somewhat glowy and the shading shows some gradients. Could be the material and/or texture setup (normal map: correct handedness?, correct texture type?, sampled correctly?). Does it look differently in Painter? Should look into this, as it overshadows the presentation.
