Yeah, skin is really the way to go. I've had the same problem with Physique in the past. Sometimes just closing and reopening the file with fix it, but I really don't know what causes it. ok update here i think i found a good way of doing this maybe, http://img79.imageshack.us/img79/8776/chrislowpolymodel026fh.jpg i detach the polys and shape them out,i think if i uvw unwrap them and paint them in photoshop it mite turn out good,Chris^_^
