Looks like your trace distance isn't high enough. The "Offset" field next to "Use Cage" checkbox in the Projection Options window shown in your screenshot, currently set to 10. Using edit text boxes is a bad idea. they are for string values and you will need to cast them to integers(convert them) to use their values. the thing is you can input what you want into an edit text field and its not allways going to be castable to an int. so say your text is '100' x = "100" as integer returns: 100 now… -

Looks like you didn't set up the material properly - use a Standard 3dsmax material, plug a Normal map node in your Bump slot, increase the value to 100%, then plug your baked map in your Normal Map node. i just hope they stop blaming the consumer entirely and actually make laws that forces factorys etc to have the proper tools to purify the waste it generates either smoke , etc etc , also investment on greener energies like they invest in gas .
