Would you explain more about "graphite tool"? Already Google searched and found out that it's actually a group of tools but I don't know which one is same as the "cut tool" one. EDIT: I found where the "cut" button is, tried it and the result is unfortunately same as the last scenario.
This looks great! The only thing that jumps out at me is the quality of the leather on the interior. It looks like it's just a tileable generic normal map. I feel like you could spend more time to give it folds, buttons, and make it look like worn leather. Really looking forward to this.
Splash page is a bit better, its too tall and too wide (have to scroll down to see the link buttons, and clicking the main image should take you to the site in my opinion. (also you should center the main image and use a repeating bg image for the orange lines).
Hierarchy tab > reset scale/transform buttons down at the bottom. Or Reset xform, collapse your stack and apply PathDeform(WSM) At some point you probably scaled your whole object (outside of a sub-object mode) so its running into a scale discrepancy between the two objects.
POSSIBLE SPOILERS! Ugh, I have the idea were awfully behind on the episodes here in the Netherlands... The last episode was about Lockes flashbacks, is the show getting better-worse from here? Man I really want to know what happens if they dont push the 108 minute button hehe
At the end of the day you will accomplish the same with both but just press different buttons in the UI to archive it. Like it was said above try the demos and see what is best for you! Having knowledge of both can be useful in the industry these days but everyone has a favorite and its usually the one they used first.
i am curious about this whole selling 3d assets thing so i checked the website to see what library you use for your webstore but i couldn't find a "BUY NOW" button or "add to cart" anywhere ... like how WOULD i buy this if i wanted to ?!
I agree with default, the texture smoothing isn't helping. Let's see those textures in all their pixelated glory! The two things that jump out at me are the uneven distribution of black dots on his microphone, and the non-symmetrical backward and forward buttons. Make sure the top and bottom sides are even.
Yeah I'm looking for a way to show wireframe + backface culled, I can do this in maya I'm not down with the not seeing verts if they are backface culled pretty risky to model this way. Also I want to hot key some of the buttons under perspective view other category. Any ideas?
Yeh I see what you mean creationtwentytwo :/ hmm. Thanks for pointing it out and for the pics too. I'm thinking maybe if add some details like the zips, silver buttons and roughin' it up some more it will move away from the blazer and resemble the the jacket more. Thanks man.
