Awesome! i'll definitely find a use for this. I do interior design rendering and this is handy for all sorts of stuff. Pillows sitting on a sofa.. object leaning on a bed, etc etc.
@chrisradsby: Good call on the sun bleached look. If that were the case then I'd expect the sofa's blue to be paler and the fabric more worn. Probably some corrosion on the "El Rancho" sign too.
Got a question. How come the material for the chair and sofa is uneditable in the UDK? Would ve liked to see how you used the gloss map in the alpha of the specular map in the shader network...any chance to access it?
Thanks for that! Sorry for the double post, and the late reply. Forgot to check back in for a little while. I unfortunately don't have any work saved. I never got anything I was satisfied with, and just kept restarting and playing around more with the brushes and filters but could never quite get it right. Not too long…

So, I was texturing the sofa. The metal is really giving me a hard time! DX But here's how it looks so far. The metal renders are done with the shattered glass sky and the leather is in the garage.
Have I tried it for what? Workflow stuff? Yup. Edit: I do visit ZBC every few days, but having a book that you can read on the plane or train or sofa is great.
The Companion is really big to carry around on the go. An actual sketchbook and a pencil is going to be much better. If you want to work traveling or on the sofa then totally go with the Companion. The portability is the main area that the Surface has the Companion beat at.
thanks for the comments :-) I´m trying to make a nice looking and relaxing woman on a sofa what you see is in Blender just the Arm/Hand was made in Zbrush ( I think that I have to rebuild the hole Arm :-( )
Thanks for your reply. I'm wondering if I have to create the windows, sofa/chairs, fireplace, or if there is a good resource to get these from pre-made. The animation part I speak of is the the snow, rain, fire (and their noises).
