If you are trying to do it in one go you probably have the remesher set to a high density. Duplicate your tool and remesh that at a lower density. Then project the copy onto the original. Those assets look incredible. But I feel like there should be more points per dollar. If I want to make an environment I can't even download four 8 point assets before I need to wait another month to continue the work. Very nice work getting this out there though! Here's how I work with it. Model rough base in Max at correct scale & GoZ to ZBrush. Once in ZBrush I use DynaMesh Master to quickly scale objects down for DynaMesh & scale back up afterwards to continue sculpting. Well, I thought you needed the stitches to follow a curved path, in which case IMM works great (and can be merged in later with dynamesh).
