This model is looking cool, what it really needs is a more dynamic basic pose. Stand in this position, and then without shifting very far from it, stand taller, puff your chest out, lean forward a bit, and let your arms relax some. Try to copy that pose onto your mesh. Might be quicker to just bake your guy in the T pose then re0skin him to the skeleton, it won't take too long eh? I'm not 100% clear on what you do or don't have intact. You need to rebake your guy, so you use tpose, you don't have posed skeleton or mesh anymore, just a collapsed obj of the posed guy? Is that right? -

i agree its kind of easy and mindless at times (would be good for interns to do) but i hate how long it takes, maybe i'll improve with time, but my pawn in my fookin pawn thread is 3k tris and took me about 2 hours to retopo. What's your guys speed, so i'm 1500 TPH, i know theres alot of other factors in the model itself… -

I just wanted to have something to work with on both arms and later I´ll make some changes so there are not the same folds on both arms/legs. Evan-0-Matic - thank you. I redid the boots.
