HOOOLY mother of.... YES , YES, personally this is what I was looking for <3 Love the raw power, rage, and scare of this concept, it should be a knockout, I like the first depiction the most! Can't wait to see more! GG
Apparently Spielberg and Lucas recently came out saying that they believe that the blockbuster system of putting enormous amounts of money into a small number of movies is very likely to cause a crash with only a few catastrophic failures on the scale of John Carter to reaching tipping point.
We are North Star Games, a board game studio near Washington DC with a couple of blockbuster board games. We're now taking our games to digital platforms and building out a digital team. Drop us a line!
Overall, the industry is doing OK, in terms of size etc. Innovation and such might not be great, but endless games are made, and the big blockbusters make mountains of money. Unfortunately, there is a gigantic oversupply of people trying to get work making characters for games.
The Witcher: EE, Pure, Mercs 2, Star Wars, Diablo II, Braid and Brothers in Arms as soon as I can find it... there's no Gamestops near me so Shopkos, Walmarts and Blockbuster videos have proven to be completely useless.
Disappointed. The movie has a split personality and for every hard science aspect there's a simple blockbuster level one to negate it. Sometimes the characters also abandon all logic, and the script feels like it was approved too early on. I could go on later but only with spoilers.
The story sucked, hard. The very least a story can do is get out of the goddamn way and just set up good action in a good blockbuster. This story just sucked and drew too much attention. Directing was OK, writing was awful. Lucas = fail.
Just checked my local BlockBuster video, which is also a game rush branch. Theyve pulled San Andreas from the shelves. Am I mistaken that its the PC version that has a downloadable patch and that the PS2/Xbox versions dont have a means of unlocking the code?
really nice! the really white/blownout lighting on the high poly stuff really makes it hard to see the shape and detail, might want to put a filter over it in after effects or re-render in an easier to see colour eg more grayish perhaps?
Id rather Fantastic 4 be a skinemax flick than a summer blockbuster. All of the character's super hero names would be aptly suited for a "B" movie soft core porn wannabe like that, and it would also cost 1/20th the current budget.
