The next set of concepts that I worked on include a jetpack that uses 2 plane jets as the engine, a sci-fi warrior and a steampunk inspired single shot pistol.
Dang, that update is looking sweet. I haven't played the game but I've seen Elizabeth in different outfits, if you're going modular why not include those as well?
looks like your rig doesn't include a clavical, which is resulting in a very bent look on the texture. fix it! don't ruin a great model with a shitty rig.
Hey just an update to say Shapeways was rather nice and sent me a free 3d print of my sculpt with the staff included this time. So that was good of them.

I'd lose the boards and the light from the windows. In the concept, the window is dark. Is there a reason you haven't included the bear & deer heads? The folds in the curtain are too sharp.
if you extrude a plane (all faces including borderedges) maya tries to create a volume... if you extrude first downwards and do the inset in a second step it will work...
