Hello! These are just a few low poly models I've made for a game project in Minecraft. They are furniture items for an apartment. I would have put more variety into the shapes, but Minecraft only allows an element to be rotated on one axis at a time. Very limited but it's fun to work around it. The textures were a lot of…

Hello, I am going to do a naturally formed throne but with a hint of intelligent design. Adding vines and tree roots along with some other organic elements. Still looking up some reference for some other ideas to fill the room but wanted to get my post up! :) Software for this project: Maya Zbrush Unreal 4 xNormals Adobe…
This scene has improved a lot! I would add more scale and position variations to your grass. From the top, it looks to regular. The sleeping soldiers are important elements of your storytelling but are less interesting visually. They need more polish. With the new blue/orange lighting contrast you created, I can feel the…
I have to admit that I'm really starting to get a good feeling from this environment now. All the changes have given it so much more life. Still want to add more scatter rocks and a couple of trees. I removed a lot of the "story" elements, they are feeling forced so I'm focusing on getting the environment to a place that…
Check it out! There were parts of my original model that I wasn't completely happy with. Notably the gills, groin, and tail. I've gone back and changed these elements, and made a nude base form that I can dress instead of the jacket and boots with no torso or feet geometry that I had previously. I'm quite happy with how…
Running out of time! So many other things getting in the way right now. Had to rush through the cheese plant so am not 100% happy with it, but it will do for now. Should be able to wrap up the paintings and back stairs tomorrow, and then some sculptures around the room tomorrow... then tackling more of the scifi element. I…
@Tejay - Man, that's pretty dark. I like it :D Very cool how you used light and story elements to lead me around. Felt very gritty. The character on the bed tripped me out. Saved a bunch of time not texturing them, yet got a really neat (and creepy) effect out of it. Well done! What'd you think of the gamejam?
Update time again, placed the snow on more suitable places and adjusted the light that comes from the crystals and the fire. Up next adding a placeholder menu, finishing the particles and adding a human element to the scene. And finishing the scene as a whole. Thanks so much to everyone for the feedback I got on this scene…
Thanks. I'm definitely thinking about adding in extra elements to the wall to spice it up. Ideas include stuff like rain gutters/pipes, window plants, and awnings. By the way, I'm surprised I forgot to post this image originally, but the entire building is based almost entirely off of this photo: And also here's a shot of…
