Hello, I've been reading your tutorial. (thanks) I got a camera sequence setup in matinee which works when I play it. But when I use the record button to capture to avi or bmp its gets stuck on the first frame. It won't render the whole sequence. Would you herhaps know what the solution could be? -

Yeah it's the same data set because it's the only publicly available data set. There are higher res LIDAR scans done by local or private agencies but they are usually not free. increase zoom factor in MicroDEM before exporting to BMP and you can get larger resolution image, up to 2580x3200. I'd suggest using the same file type as your normal map. BMP is generally not all that great for the work we do. TGA and PNG are perfect replacements for it in this particular regard. It's just artifacts in your map. Change the compression to "NormalMapUncompressed" and you will get much better results.
