Oh yeeey, awesome news. I hope they go back to UT1 roots and influence from it. And I hope no forceful implementation of a story like in ut3, a 'tourmanent' driven story would be sufficient. Well I know multiplayer and gameplay matters most but still :)
Holy mother of sweet Jesus... this guy is climbing with the weight of the woman and the rock on his back ? That should be hard... It's a bit hard to undertand, the girl looks more flying than beeing pulled up, and what are the things on the rock ? A bone tail and a kind of root ? Or a tentacle ?
be prepared to 'move' for the jobs. It's a young person's game. If you plan on setting down roots somewhere, then you might want to pick a different career. Only a select few I know have been able to stay at the same position for more then 5 years.
Adjusted lighting, made the roots flow into the main body more and added more leaves. @fhurtubise thanks for the advice, I have adjusted based on the feedback, hope it looks a little better. Need to adjust the textures on the bark still. Stil a lot more to do :)
I just have it mirror a whole hard drive, plus a few folders from the root hard drive. SyncBack does have trouble copying temporary files like Firefox profiles, but it just skips over them, doesn't stop the whole process.
Sorry! I'll post a current closeup of the hair. don't mind the eyes and face, that'll get fixed up soon with textures. Also, I am using an IMM curve brush, one of my own devising, it's basically a tube with a tapering end and an interesting root.

I know they're tap roots, but it would be awesome to have a tree in my front yard with these facing up instead. Anybody ever seen one of these?

@EarthQuake The root of this issue has been exposed and discussed in https://polycount.com/discussion/comment/2686181#Comment_2686181. Please could we have this fix? Its simply an issue with a "rogue" object trying to auto-import itself without being assigned a _low or _high suffix.
