Smartphones and tablets are going to kill handheld gaming devices. If Sony & Nintendo don't have plans on turning the PSP & Gameboy into smartphones they will be going the way of PDA's and MP3 players. -

Impressive. so does this mean a mac version of udk then? Hopefully will see this tech running on Nintendo 3DS at some point, touchscreen-only gaming is too limited imo. -

Agree this looks pretty good so far. What are the curved spikes on the beach? The torii gate is oddly placed, for better placement I would suggest reading more about the symbolism behind these gates. There's no limit. Look at Xenoblade on the Nintendo Wii, and they still manage to create a sprawling world full of grass on what is now considered 12 year old hardware. -
