Hello, I'm looking for an animator, who is using Maya and is familiar with the Maya -> Unity pipeline, knows how to work with a humanoid and non-humanoid characters and has the ability to create control rigs if a skeleton is given. Most of the animation needed are romance mainly involving 2 characters or sometimes solo, so…
Heh, I have no idea what I'm legally allowed to say or not about almost any of this, but I think I can answer a few things: There's a few things that might be a bit confusing that I can clear up: Authoring Tools: You basically need anything that can make hair splines. We authored our hair using HairFarm, but Fibermesh,…
WOW guys thanks for the feedback. The asset im working on is just to test my skills on a small complete game in Unity. I have coded all of the programming functionality. The assets shown above will be duplicated 4 times and will I hate to admit play somewhat like guitar hero. I just did not want to have really low quality…
I'm about 6 weeks from graduating with a Games and IT degree with a major in Game Design, maybe I can help. Firstly, make sure you know the difference between an idea for a game and an idea for a story. A lot of first years say they want to make a game where such and such happens, and it's a love story, but space marines…

You only need those if you are working with specific MR shaders, architecture visualization or have issues thinking in game engine units.…
Update! So I meant to post this earlier, but unfortunately baking the meshes took a little longer than I'd initially planned due to an unforeseen glitch with the arm high-poly... When I uploaded the last post, I had everything but the flamethrower attachments concepted and made - I've since then done a loose, simple…
Yeah, I believe that it is possible, because technically, there is no missing feature in terms of rendering options. I even found out that it has much better Import pipeline than unreal or unity hehe :)
This is for an assignment on my University course, 3D Games Art. (Thread taken from my own post on our Uni forum). For this brief, I am creating a cave interior with my hero asset being an ancient building ruin inspired by Cambodian temples such as Angkor Wat and Ta Prohm. I created some greybox models in Maya first to…
Been a little while on updating this, here are a couple progress shots. Texturing for the Froge is more or less finished at this point. Here is a shot of it in environment, considering adding a Niagara VFX effect to the side magnetic thrusters, on the Froge unit. Then a few things to finish up for texturing, wrap up the…
