Since your tpage is 256x256, are you working on a 512x512 tpage in photoshop; then re sizing to 256x256 when you're done? You'll get alot more details working this way rather than just starting with a 256x256 texture. Design wise, just to comment on one I think your cowoboy doesn't read cowboy...pirate maybe??? Rebaking normals from the low, if your normals are synced up properly isn't a bad idea. You're more likely to have all of the details line up if you bake normals, diffuse, spec, and gloss from the lowpoly than if you bake the normals from the high (you may get projection skewing/errors with a lower resolution third person… -

hey daz let me know if and when you need talent then, coul be i can bring some xperience too, from my dark, sorded and very secret past that is didnt sell too well but there were lots of rip offs after that marketed theirs better, we did have a full page add in playboy tho. Woah got the boringest part done! ie merging the two bodies and turning the self-intersecting mesh into a workable sculpting base. Annoying as hell... Next time I'll just start from a cube ha! Now on with the real sculpting. It's interesting how different it feels from the usual symetry-driven sculpts. Pus the intertwined… -

Sorry guys, been busy and ill over the weekend. So i'm catching up today. Here's Day 3 I struggled a lot with this one. I feel like i've missed a lot of key landmarks. And thanks @Elithenia for pointing out i have a tendency to make the eyes too small on most of my work. I'll try to be more conscious of that in future.… -
