for those few that it missed you could select those edges and near the bottom of the edge menu in the modifier tab there are visible/invisible buttons you could use to hide the edges.
Hi Serp, same here in 3dsmax 9 ... the only <work arround> is to apply a Mesh Select Modifier > Collapse Stack. I dunno why but it drives me crazy :poly127:
i added a few things, made the legs longer, cut down the polycount of the head, and removed the turbosmooth modifier from the pelt :) the chest piece and pauldron still need to be redone
In edit poly modifier, uder Edit Geometry there should be constrint options, from none to edge to face to noemal that you can select, i think that what you want?
It happens when u have overlapped vertices . Just select all the vertices and weld them at a very low threshold, or try STL check modifier , if there is any mesh errors.
yeah, second post was modified. it was basically "wall of text, can't be arsed to read" now its "ok, maybe i can be arsed after all" yeah, naruto is awesome.
http://www.autodesk.com/us/3dsmax/how-to/2010/ on the menu bar, click customize and custom UI settings. To modify the default settings. Or you can just save the scene as a MyStudio_ConfgD3d.max
r_fletch_r - Thanks for convert the file. Now I can open it and looks pretty ok :) These 'TS modifiers' were problem probably. Mark Dygert - I needed in 3dmax9 or 3dmax2009
I think the native's style is good, and I think if anything, you should try modifying the texture for Fatty to match. I don't think you'd have to do a lot.
