Hello everyone, since I would like my software to be used by as many people as possible, also and above all to receive feedback, I created a web version of the current version v1.2 for windows desktop. The web app is available here: https://www.digiklay.com/webgl-build/ Registration is not required. Although most of the…
Sorry, the file has been lost hhhhh The production process is roughly to use cylinders in ZB to build a basic human body proportion shape Then brush the general muscle structure Place the POSS and then refine the muscle structure. Then because it is a stylized model So the details of the model are erased Render in BLENDER…
Such surface information transfer is typical of rendering pipelines leveraging subdivision+displacement. This is IMHO precisely why the bake from multires follows the geo of the low : the subdivision at rendering time would take care of the rounding of the base model, and then the displacement is applied for the fine…
Actually did this in the topic i just posted. I imported the two models in blender, then used one model as the blendshape of the other, then rendered a simple animation of the transition using the workbench render engine (which simply is blender's viewport renderer). I had then one image per frame, that i opened in…
It was supposed to be at first but after a while I gave up with it and rendered with substance, with the issue still there. I decided that since the render is going to be small enough, people won't notice it. At first I thought that it would be nice to render it in maya with neat lighting, but I'm not good enough with…
hey guys rookie question. I've been starting to mess with Arnold render and i have my aisurface shader for the pillows. Everything looks good until i use the render Arnold. then this happens (one is with sky light the other is directional light) the black and white only happens when i have skylight. Any other type of light…
Yeah I've been having trouble with that too. I ended up just making a new Render Layer for z-depth (using a shading override on the render layer) and rendering it out separately, it doesn't take very long per frame for the z-depth pass so it doesn't add too much time on. Sorry if that's not an actual solution, but it works…
Your beauty shot render isn't showing off your specular effectively. I don't know what you're using to render the character, but I think you're going to want to add more lights or use a different renderer to get your character to really pop. Right now, it feels flat for a beauty shot. Otherwise, everything else seem good…
mental ray will be no longer shipping with maya... version 2016.5 is the latest one... the new default renderer will be Arnold... but all modern renderer are working the same way... if you know one you are able to get up to speed in some hours with every other render engine... the most interesting on at the moment is…
Its for a class, and the professor wanted a high res render(4000 x 2250 pixels) >.< which is why its so painfully high. The last week or so has been very hectic, but I plan on getting some wire frame renders up this week, as well as a final render. For the tire I'm ended up doing the treds with a bump map on top of a…
