Dynamic foliage is intractable foliage. Like it is in the Uncharted, Crysis, Far Cry, Horizon Zero Dawn, Forza Horizon, God of war and in lots of other games. Be forewarned, P.N.03 is very arcadey and timing-based (you and enemies have certain delays for all actions, you can only shoot while standing).
