The problem is, by adding more loops, makes it harder to get it more smooth and round where its needed :\ Hehe yeah, I used those as inspiration. And i have to agree with laser being a bit out of place. Just need to come up with something else. I have to admit that the creative part of my brain, is not the sparkliest lol -

Is the 3466 triangles being factored into the black outline effect, or is that a render effect? I love the back story that is a really creative idea =) The model looks great! I would like to see it rendered without the black outline. I would also like to see some more detail in the texture, but I understand you are going… -

Foe.. somehow, i see EA preaching how they see the industry should be run to the 'next generation of developers', which is a concept that scares me (and probably others too). I somehow forsee a rift in the industry as people taught to be businessmen first and creative teammembers second start to enter in bigger waves than… -

yeah i ocasionaly mess with zbrush bout once a month, and i have the same problem, its like re learning it every time with its goofy ass UI, i just don't get it,, there is a standard way that almost EVERY windows ap ever made works, and zbrush just had to try and be creative.. and its just uncool -

Damn, that avatar of yours puts me in a trance ;p Everything looks great so far, my minor gripe is that she is a bit off from the concept, but maybe you prefer some of the creative decisions made while modeling. Also on a pretty detailed model like this, a bump map and spec map would make it even better. Keep at it! -

Oops, Crytek. Edit: Figured you meant more than that, so I did a quick check and yeah Ubisoft developed it this time instead of just publishing. My bad. Oh and try being a little more witty next time with the insults, will ya - maybe you'd look a little more creative to make up for the lack in your art. -

I would have to say a good company culture and work environment which promotes creativity and innovation. a good work environment is very very important,you make a work environment that makes people want to come to work you will get the best out of people,less turnover and overall a desire for sucess from all your workers. -
