Are you sure that the starting position of the model is correct? I do not do animation in 3D but when working on the timeline in PS for 2D, it happens that I accidentally move the initial frame. This is probably just vaguely relevant though. -

"It depends". :) There's no real answer here, it depends entirely on the game aesthetic and the established pipelines. More companies are exploring Substance these days but I know a lot of artists who still hand assemble in Photoshop after initial bakes. -

Ghogiel, thanks so much for the in-depth explanation on the different possible approaches, the seamless transition of the floaters are awesome and I am most definitely going to implement that. I like this approach much more than my initial. -

\ is a general escape character for special characters inside strings. some common ones are \n for newline, \t for tab-space, and \\ which simply goes to \ (to avoid the code trying to escape the next character in the string after the initial \). -

Yeah np. Sometimes i like to make a few tweaks as far as edge thickness etc after i've done an initial testbake, it can help to get a clearer picture of how its going to work out. -

I agree the the wrinkles are a bit much initially. I think he would look awesome with stubble. He seems almost too well taken care of at the moment. Other than that, it's a fantastic sculpt with lots of character :) -

I asked few people around and everybody just shrugged and said the soft simply hangs and does nothing. That's initial impression. I think it needs somewhere with big letters: "MAKE UV ISLANDS UNIQUE FIRST"
