Good call on UltraMon, Vig, I use that too, it's very good. I have F10 as a hotkey for swapping windows between monitors. -

for viewport: customize, preferences, configure driver, texel lookup = nearest for renders: F10, renderer tab, turn off antialiasing and filter maps
