We ask people to do this in the Information thread, see Use Meaningful, Specific Subject Headers. But people have a habit of not reading rules, which then requires enforcement, which most people don't like. We do have hashtags, and you can search by them. See Forum Tricks. -

You need to add a subsurf modifier to view this but the "Apply Modifier To Editing Cage" isnt open to Python, AFAIK, so you can't set a hotkey for it.
