So yeah, I textured the sword, the part I badly suck at >_< . Used Marmoset for the turntables and render. The textures: I would really appreciate some feedback on the texturing cause I really wanna nail the look, so I really need the practice and some advice.
I made 3 designs based on thumbnails and three symbols I thought it would represent "Solari Eclipse" Still no shield design! But worked on the grayscale part of the armor design
Took me longer then I hoped thanks to other works and the fact that I had to redo some parts because of a mistake during saving. --° I will look overf it again later but for now I would say its as good as finnished.
Maybe because the reflection "factor" of light on asphalt in in total greater than in some plant "array" because of the darker looking spots inbetween and the bending of every single plant part ?? If the final result does fit the reference then the initial darer color does fit this "experience top" ?? Ohh.. indeed.. just…
Hmmm, it's nice, but I think they said the background should stay un-textured... =/ For me, I'd say the first part is reaaaaally good! We feel the speed and the desire to crush the enemies with the projectiles. But the impact could use more... impact. :) Made a few screens for you: This is just my opinion, of course. :)…
