Re: WIP Dragon Sword
Looks really sweet so far! My only suggestion is to add some more details to the snout area of the dragon's face (nostrils and a broader/more realized snout) at the tip of the sword because I think it would better identify as a dragon that way. Otherwise everything flows together quite nicely and it's very creative! -

I really like the feel of this game, gives me that creepy vibe of playing through silent hill games. The meat hook monster, very creative! Really dig the fact that it did not have a face. Keep it up, I'll shoot you an email to see if I would be up to par to help out on this project. -

^ Actually, yeah, that wouldn't be a bad idea, Josh. Heck, get creative! Texture maps, if you WANT to challenge yourself, feel free to keep it all on one. I'd imagine for a Trade Fed. Battle Droid, it could all stick onto a 4k map. Or an 8 k if you want to really push quality. -

Hi :) Got another couple of objects textured. They're both on the same map so here they are together. I played around with dDO for these, what a terrific tool! Is there a way to get it to respect UV seams? I had to do quite some creative painting and turn off the drop shadow on most of effects. Cheers -

I was all get up and go till that turbosmooth incident, now I just stay in bed and bingewatch netflix...occasionally I drag my arse to a cafe, where I warn the young'uns not to fall into the same trap I did. I dont even have the creativity to model a noose...when will it end? -

Yeah, thats how I go about it :) It can be pretty confusing at first I totally get that, but with proper planning and creative uv mapping you can get a lot more done in a shorter amount of time. Also vertex painting can play a big role in getting more out of your tileables. -

I enjoy it. But I'm so fucking bad at it, that when I see my results I get deopressed for week and do not do it for that period ;p. TA is actually interesting position. I'm just not sure if I'm creative enough to be one. Though I like coding and art, so it is start at least :D .
