Not sure about the whole "draw the different axis on the cube" thing.. seems like it would be really hard to get something precise out of it. If you guys want to try the new measure points: http://lazynezumi.com/downloads/LazyNezumiPro_14_7_30_1501_Setup.exe Use the new "perspective" distortion mode to get them. I will add…
Hey Keg, I just downloaded it here are my results/thoughts. Interface Issues* You have the UK/US color and colour in the color menu. * You say press color to choose, which can be confusing. Does one press the name color or the color on the side? * If Wireframe can only be supported alone, it should auto disable the other…
awsome!!! ^^ love the style man, and the render's lookin real nice too... midsection looks cool from the front view but on the far left pic looks way to skinny. Could try making it a little thicker depth-ways, just scaled out a bit on the z axis if she's facing that way (or it could be the shoulders/ribcage being a bit on…
I don't think it should, since you define the up axis manually. Try playing with that and to align it properly compared to the initial rotation. Though, I think you will definitely need to update both parts of the pistons to make it properly aligned at the end.
Yes that's possible, and that's what I've already done. At first I thought that sine/cosine appraoch described in the linked article is a different method but in fact it's just a derivative for the special case of waves moving along a single axis only? Thanks for the help and the code sample. Forward differencing is a term…
In Painter is there away of changing the axis in the scene. For example at work we work with Z as the up axis. |Because at the moment everything i bring into painter is on its side making it difficult to the particle brushes etc. Cheers
What is new in ver.1.7 Visual Pivot Placer - faster calculating of the local bounding box of the object. Scale Tool - faster calculating of the dimension of the object. In-volume Scatter - fixed random move only on one axis. Clone between - fixed: reset clones to zero when right click to reset number of copies. Live…
Unfortunately, it doesn't work as hoped. The action also pushes the vertices in the other axis which changes the geometry too much in the cases I've tried it with. The reason it's worked cleanly in your example with the sphere is because you used Set Flow, which perfectly corrected the geometry of the sphere (you could…
Simply adding/Subtracting will shift the wave up/down and it's corresponding operation is (sinx)+1...i'm trying to achieve a shift in the X axis also known as a phase shift which corresponds to sin(x+1)...pure curiosity...^^
@omid3098 It turns out that the Leadwerks tools exporter I've been using (because it has a Scale on X axis = function I've been using to scale my models) supports vertex colors in the latest version. The answer was right there the whole time, heh-heh. The lighting comments weren't harsh at all, rather extremely helpful.…
