yo joe, two questions 1) Is there a minimum required/recommended painting skill level to fully appreciate the course? b) do people who helped beta test the online functionality get a discount? 8-) Thanks!
Had a talked briefly with someone over at SyncSketch, it might take up to 2 months for it to be able for the embedding functionality. Then we'll have to talk to polycount and see what they think. So nothing is happening anytime soon :P
English (Yankee) English (Redneck) English (Monty Python) English ('arry Pott'ah) Too many options. Either way, you're talking about a company that can't make a functional media player unless it's a browser plugin.
I could see faking some sort of self reflection on an object but anything from the "environment" should be avoided. It limits reusing in multiple environments. Plus it helps to start understanding specularity and reflectivity as a function of the material not the scene.
Hmm, really? I'm pretty sure it did for me :s If the function already exists in a menu, then there should be a way to bind a hotkey to it. I'm not on my own computer here tho, but I'll have a look into it in the morning :) Cheers
Maya has it in the Unfold tool (turn scale on) and if you want it to just scale and not try to unfold your UV's, turn the iterations to 0. The next Maya has a dedicated function for it in the layout UV's tool I think.
Albion, I have to ask: are you using the Suite at your workplace or is it at home only? I recently found some adjustments that can be made to Windows local security policies that may help get it functional for you.
I think this would be excellent for helping people learn to concentrate. I really see this as a way to improve overall mental function. It will give people the tools they need to control their own minds, and then apply it to the external and internal world.
Yeah, I kept noticing that it was adding another modifier to the stack for the Automatic Flatten UV's functionality, but I didn't know where the setting was in order to disable it. :poly136: Never mind, live and learn etc. Mistakes are awesome.
Foiled again! I read your title as "Hardon" ;p Your model is pretty funky, looks functional and biiiiig. I'm not much into inorganic things so I'm afraid I have no crits for you ;) -DK >^..^<
