For Photoshop I usually set my pen buttons as keystrokes [ ] to increase/decrease brush size, and when I press and hold them they work the same as the keyboard, the brush size increases/decreases until button is released. With recent drivers (at least Nov. 2009 to now) I have to keep clicking… -
