Just like you have to decide now, the individual customizing their weapon would decide what to apply to their weapon. The only thing really that anyone would need to be on a mp5 for "silent maneuvers" would be a suppressor. Everything else is just personal preference. There are dozens of suppressors that lock to the mp5… -

Like Slosh said, what you wear is very likely not going to be a major determining factor in the interview, unless you walk in literally in rags and not having bathed in days. If you come in wearing a suit and tie to a game artist interview, it'll probably be mentioned, and people will think its a bit odd, but no one is… -

The highpoly looks really great, but your texture lacks in my opinion. The rust on the sawblade is way too even, and its the eye candy of your piece, its missing personality.
