The handle really needs to be rounded off. Also did you model the internals that will show when it gets opened for reloading (IE extractor,locking block, etc)? Also just overall you need to soften the edges big time or they won't bake well.

Just wanted to mention that a coworker of mine had the same exact problem using 1.6. Immediately after the bug appeared we created a new project with the same input maps and mesh and reloaded the "Buggy project" and it was fixed. Just wanted to share that with you Teddy.

I basically looked up how those things would function in real life and modeled everything that could be visible while doing animations like Reloading, chamber checks etc. Good thing with Platforms like the AR is that its pretty pretty simple in the end.

That to me reeks of a delta animation. Delta animations are where it only encodes partial information about the movement so you can reload while walking etc. Can I see your QC file as that's hugely important to how your animation is loaded into the model?
