Lauding a failed effort simply for trying is good and all, but it doesn't exactly promote advancement. yeah I`ve always heard that too, but wouldn't that be super contextual? like if you had two planes, attached them in order on a Z axiz. when looking down the Z axis they would draw properly, but then when looking down the (-)Z axis the back plane would draw in front of the one now in front. right? -

Doing the Mononoke body led me a little off track. Some fun with body types here. Didn't spend too long on these. Spellbinder Footman Hero Gonna do two more: The Bludger and the Runner. Then maybe some female versions. Still gonna work on the Mononoke project though. Just figured this was good practice. -

thanks for the comments so far. i cant write alot atm so im just smashing another piece in this thread recycling a jpg these one/two involve a bit of texturing as u can see. dont have to comment these. since atm theyre all for no purpose im not too happy with them also not the with initial image. -

I like how you have two different light colors. one for inside the dungeon and one coming from above, im guessing outside. Might look better if you made the outside light from above spread more and actually hit the floor of the dungeon. As it stands right now it seems to stop too abruptly. -

Hy, who hoo, another update, this time with two new models. Tho, all tree of them need a couple of reediting, it looks so far so good, imo. Anyways, have a look at this pics. By"Z ps.: maybe adding some muscle to the alien, at the upper arm wont do any bad at all. -

Thanks for the crits guys! here are my two main refs and I totally agree about the nose and chin! and as for the forehead I was shooting for the first ref, but it does seem just a bit too strong, I will see what I can do! Have to be honest though, I'm getting pretty eager to start the torso! -

When does it start? I'm in the process of relocating atm, and might take 1 or 2 months to have everything in it's place, including my PC. So if that gives it enough time, I'm definitely in. Gotta find two team mates tho, especially one that can do a concept. :P since i can't draw for shit. -
