echofourpapa: Yeah, we have exactly the same issue. You can try pulling the LightmapSnapshot too, from scene's folder. Remember to do it while Unity is closed. I'd suggest to take a close look at some well done wood textures. Study them. Right now you're missing color variation, beside that everything feels a little pixelated and noisy to me.
