This is the kind of thing that Headus' UVLayout was made for. Silo also would do a decent job on this. -

programs like 3dcoat and uvlayout let you copy uv's between islands with the same topology. -

Zbrush does it with project from one mesh to the other Mudbox Transfer Maps Uvlayout, but i've never tried it there. -
