Re: mudbox export selection problem
I have the same problem, don't reckon I've had this with the previous versions of mudbox though. what you can do is to delete all objects in the scene except the object you want to "export". Export it by choosing "save as". That should do it for you. If you found a realsolution for this please reply- -

Just curious, but did you bake all that detail down into normal maps... or are you actually using all the geo still? I can't tell too well from your latest images, except it does look like all your floor tiles are geo and not a normal map. -

that is looking pretty tight. A couple thoughts. Everything looks pretty high res except for the sticker on the barrel. I would also made add some more interesting lighting with some shadows coming over the ground. How did you do the grass? they look pretty damn good -

That's very interesting. Another approach, if you're certain that every pixel in the textures except the cracks match, is to write a simple GIMP Python-Fu script to compare each pixel in two layers and make a third layer with the pixels that don't match (based on one of the layers, like the topmost one for example). -

Fomori: In your graphic card's control panel. This is pretty much what my settings are except that triple buffering (second from bottom) is set to 'on' instead of 'off' as it is in this picture. I just finished the game. Pretty sweet game. Loved the atmosphere and sounds. . Does anyone know if there will be any DLCs? -

It might be separated now, but I think when it was first implemented, shortly after DFAO, it was GI only from the heightfield. I've given up on all of them except DFAO, it works fairly well in most of the things I've tried it on. But DFGI(both types) have been nothing but trouble. -

Her haircut looks really good, very original. Everything else looks great except her hands. I guess you haven't worked on them much but there is such a quality gap between everything else on this character and her hand that it bother me, haha ^^ Keep up the good work!
