so i guess the next big thing to improve the workflow would be the abaility to select the hardedges in between smoothinggroups to apply edgeweights. This way you could do the blockout with smoothingroups and then go in and define different weights.
Very cool terrain, i subscribed too. It would be great to define the main point of interest in your scene, just to have a preview of the final composition. Anyway, i like those vivid colors as well =)

His head and arms look too big. Pump out his chest more. Give him some defined wrists which should make his arm look much better. Keep working at it! :)
sweet...Id say the last few renders are looking a little flat. I think they would read much better with a clearly defined light source and a couple bounce lights to show off the form more

Since you're doing a stylized character I think you could go with a lot less defined orbit. And as Brian's already mentioned, cleaning up that eyelid and making it less wobbly goes a long way.
lol @ renderhjs. Megan Fox painting, face is dead on. Top of head, shoulder and ear are blurred. I'd go back and define those shapes more with a smaller brush. And next time, make her naked. A+
