ya it auto installs plugins for most major 3d pacakges, after i installed zbrush and fired up maya it installed a new shelf with the goZ button. -

Cool - you might be able to get a custom version of the app with bigger buttons by contacting Chris maybe ? Glad it helped, that was the whole point of that tool in the first place :) -

I'm pretty sure that you can save permanently the new size of the interface if you go in the menu bar, "preferences", "config" and press the button "store config". -

Re: How to approach FPS hands animating process (several tries)
Select all controllers and set key. It's right beside the autokey button. Also, it's better to setup controllers on your rig so you're not directly animating bones.
